unconventional materials

for this project, we had to create unconventional materials. continuing on the theme of nature, I wanted to find a way to preserve plant matter and incorporate it into garments. I used silicone, reused saran wrap, and laminate pouches, including plant matter I had pressed myself. I also created a textile from dried and blended up orange peels, a version of plant leather.
